　　申请马来西亚工作签证相关要求

　　Company paid up capital, minimum of:-

　　公司注册资本最少为：

　　●  100% own by local       RM250,000.00

　　由马来西亚本国公民出资 马币二十五万

　　●  Joint Venture               RM350,000.00

　　由马来西亚与国外投资者合资出资马币三十五万

　　●  100% own by foreigner          RM500,000.00

　　由国外投资者出资马币五十万

　　●  Applicant who own the company    RM1,000,000.00

　　(Company that fall under KPDNKKand WRT)

　　国外申请人拥有本土公司或投资者之一  马币一百万

　　（如公司属于马来西亚贸易、合作及消费部KPDNKK或WRT）

　　1)   Minimum Salary RM5,000.00 per month

　　工资不少于马币5,000（每月）

　　2)   Need to contribute monthly income tax (PCB)

　　每月必须交税个人所得税

　　3)   Authorization Letter from Company to submit theapplication

　　公司委托信- 提交这份申请

　　4)   A copy of the applicant Academic Qualificationthat certified by Embassy

　　由大使馆认证申请人的最高学历复本

　　5)   Candidate apply must be have at least 4 yearsexperience in the relevant industry

　　申请人必须拥有至少4年相关行业的工作经验

　　6)   A recommendation letter from related agency (ifrelated)

　　相关代理处的推荐信（如果确有关联的）

　　7)   Business License from Local Authority

　　8)   A complete copy of the Management, Service andTechnical Assistance Agreements / Joint Venture Agreements or other Agreements(if any)

　　10)Servicescompany compulsory to apply an approval from Domestic Trade (KPDNKK) beforesubmit the DP10

　　11)TenancyAgreement / Sales and Purchase Agreement

　　12)APERMENANT OFFICE with a Personal Assistant station in the office

　　13)Aphone line with a receptionist

　　固定电话线路及接线员

　　14) The company must start operating at least 3months
