　　马来西亚第二家园计划下的参与者可购买一辆全新的本地组装车，同时享受免征消费税和销售税。如果您是参与MM2H计划的外国人，那么有一些车商的车型是可以享受这个优惠的。

　　本文将以本田为例，给大家展示如何在马来西亚购买免税车？

　　Under ‘Malaysia My Second Home’ (MM2H), participants may purchase a new locally assembled car while enjoying an exemption on excise duty and sales tax. If you are a foreigner participating in MM2H, Honda Malaysia invites you to take advantage of this benefit when purchasing your new Honda.

　　Terms & Conditions 条款及细则

　　Purchase of locally-assembled car has to be completed within 12 months from the endorsement of the MM2H Social Visit Pass.

　　参与者从拿到MM2H签证起的12个月内完成免税车的购买流程。

　　Participants are only allowed to sell their locally purchased car after 3 years’ stay on the programme.

　　MM2H参与者只允许在这个计划内3年后才可以卖这部免税车。

　　The MM2H participant is eligible for tax/duty exemption for only ONE car.

　　MM2H参与者只能享有一辆车的免税资格。

　　Procedures 流程

　　Step 1 Visit a Honda authorised dealer to place your booking. Bring along documents (1), (2) and (4). Upon booking, the dealer will provide the booking form (3).

　　1 到本田指定的经销商处下单预定。携带文件(1), (2) , (4). 一经预定，经销商会提供一份预定表格(3).

　　Step 2 Submit documents (1), (2), (3) and (5) to apply for exemption of tax and duty to the Ministry of Finance (MOF). MOF will provide the offer letter (6) to you once

　　2  把文件 (1), (2), (3)和(5)提交到财政部申请免税。批准之后财政部会出一封批准信(6)

　　Step 3 Submit the offer letter (6) from MOF to the dealer for them to make a car reservation from HMSB.

　　3  把财政部出的批准信(6)给经销商，以便于他们从HMSB预定车辆（HMSB=HONDA Malaysia SDN BHD 本田马来西亚公司）

　　Step 4 HMSB will issue a confirmation letter to the dealer stating the model, chassis and engine number.

　　4 HMSB 会出一张确认信给经销商，说明型号，底盘号和发动机号

　　Step 5 Your Honda dealer will forward the confirmation letter along with required documents to MOF.

　　5  你的本田经销商会把确认信和相关要求的文件提交到财政部。

　　Step 6 Once approved by MOF, your dealer will submit a copy of the approval letter and the required documents to the Customs ad Excise Department via HMSB.

　　6  一旦财政部批准，你的经销商会经由HMSB把批准信的复印件连同所需文件提交到海关。

　　Step 7 Upon Customs approval, HMSB will inform the dealer. You then make full payment to the dealer.

　　7  海关批准之后，HMSB会通知经销商，然后你就可以付款给经销商

　　Step 8 HMSB will deliver the car to your dealer.

　　8  HMSB会把车子送到经销商那里

　　Step 9 Your new Honda is ready for collection!

　　9 你的新车就等待提车了。

　　Required Documents 所需文件

　　A certified copy of the letter from the Immigration Department of Malaysia confirming your participation in MM2H.

　　1 第二家园签证批准函的复印件　　

　　A certified copy of your international passport (the page with personal details and the page with Multiple Entry Visa and the words ‘Malaysia My Second Home Programme’).

　　2 护照资料页和MM2H签证页的复印件

　　Booking form from authorised Honda dealer (provided upon booking made at any authorised Honda dealer).

　　3 来自授权经销商的预定表格（任意本田授权经销商处下单预订之后拿到）

　　Certificate of no claim record/NCD (optional).

　　4 无任何索偿记录的证明/ 可选

　　Application for exemption of tax and duty on motorcar under MM2H programme. (Required document for MOF approval.) Download the MOF offer letter application form (PDF).

　　5 第二家园计划下的车辆免税申请（财政部申请所需文件），下载财政部的申请表（PDF）

　Offer letter from MOF approved (issued by MOF).

　　6 财政部的批准信（由财政部签发）

　　International Driving License or Malaysian Driving License.

　　7 国际驾照或大马驾照
